John has considerable experience in both residential and commercial property. Sue Huizing

With a strong passion for real estate and a genuine desire to always act in the best interest of her clients, Sue has developed a long-term reputation for being trustworthy, highly ethical, reliable and honest with a genuine sense of care and respect. Andrew Wells

With over 15 years in senior business management experience across a number of industries and more than 7 years in Real Estate, Andrew has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise that enables him to achieve the best possible results for all of his clients.

Andrew’s ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions ensures that he is able to tailor campaigns to complement any person, property and also the current market sentiment. Andrew’s clients appreciate his industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

Andrew is passionate about innovation and growth, and is constantly researching market trends, data and new ways to market property to ensure he can maximise the value of his clients’ assets. Andrew brings a wealth of experience in the sale of multi-million dollar properties that range from private islands, commercial vineyards and fruit farms through to multi-dwelling developments and some of Hobart’s most prestigious residences. He has a an extensive network and enjoys providing a service that is second to none whilst always maintaining professionalism and the utmost integrity.

Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys keeping fit, competitive sport and spending time with his partner Casey and their three boys.

Michael Coy

When it comes to property, Michael is passionate, driven and dedicated. His career in real estate spans 15 years and includes the sale of multimillion dollar homes in prestige Hobart suburbs and work with large residential developments. Michael’s interest in property led him to design and partly build his own eco-friendly home high in the hills of Sandy Bay where he lives with his wife, three young children, their dog Frankie and free range chickens.

Michael and his family enjoy spending time on the water down at their family shack at Coningham Beach. He has a keen interest in home renovations and in his spare time works on restoring and maintaining investment properties. Michael has travelled the world and has excellent interpersonal skills and life experience. Property aside his interests include good food and wine, AFL, fishing, gardening and vintage cars.

Tahlia Cantwell

Tahlia is a talented Sales & Marketing Associate who works closely with our Sales Consultants to perfectly present homes on the market for sale. Her talents are focused around social media, interior design & working with people to sympathetically achieve outstanding, tailored results.

Tahlia strives to share her love of property, community & family, across all platforms, to inspire, explore & discover all the great things owning a home in Tasmania has to offer.

Historically Tahlia’s significant skills & talents have earned her opportunities to work across high level management, health care & hospitality.

Tahlia is a dedicated mother, with a passion for cooking, baking, Architecture, and mid-century modern design. She is an advocate for, and a lover of, Tasmanian produce and producers, both on a personal and entrepreneurial level.

She is delighted that she gets to share her unique skill set and passion for people to ensure a more positive and comprehensive outcome for you.

Tommy Panchana

Tommy comes to Blue Edge Property with a background in Accounting, holding his master’s degree in Professional Accounting. As a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Tasmania and New South Wales, Tommy has a wealth of experience to share.

After his time acting as a Buyer’s Agent, he joins our team with a talent for customer service and communication, and a focus on property management.

When he’s not working Tommy and his wife love going to gym together. They also share a passion for great coffee, organic wines and fine dining.

Linda Gillie

Linda’s strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills are ideally suited to her role as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.

With excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a personal focus on maintaining a high level of organisation, Linda is able to successfully manage her workload to provide a high level of support to our Portfolio Managers.

Linda is always willing to do that little bit extra to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both owners and tenants.

Nicola Gates

Nicola Gates has a background in the financial industry of 8 years, with experience as a client services manager. She is passionate about helping people achieve their desired outcomes through tailored strategies recommended by advisors.
